Creating a match
The player name must be exactly the same on the Match details page and in the game client. If they do not fully match, send a message to @D11Staff in the UNO event chat on Discord with images showing that your rival is trying to play with another game account.
Please make sure to have enough room on your friend's list before the matches start. This is so that you can add your opponents in-game.
The team on the left side of the bracket (Team 01) in the match details screen on the platform must create the game lobby and add their opponents to the lobby.
How to download Jawaker
After downloading the app make sure you change your in-app name to the same name used on the D11 Platform.
To do that, tap on the Settings Icon on the Jawaker homepage
Tap on the “Change” Option to change your name.
Note: Please make sure that your linked Jawaker Player Number on the D11 platform is identical to your In-App Account.

Input your opponent’s name in the Search and tap the “Add” button.
To accept a friend request tap the “Notification Bell” next to the “Friend” Option.
Tap the “Requests” option and tap on “Accept”.
How to setup the match
After adding your opponents as friends, the custom match must be created.
First, You must navigate through the list of Jawaker games on the bottom of the screen by tapping the “Games” section.
Once you’re in the “Games” section, you can search for UNO by typing it in “Search”
Once you find “UNO” , Tap on it and choose the “Create Game” option.
Use the following settings for your Private Game.
Once the settings are set, tap on “Create Game” and invite your opponent by tapping the “Invite” icon on the top right corner.
Once Invited and your opponent has joined, they must Tap on the “Sit Here” option presented by the game.
Once everyone is ready, Tap the “Start Game” option and begin your match.
At the end of the match, both teams need to take a screenshot of the results screen of the match. Please make sure it contains the scores and the names of all the players in the match. You need to get this screen at the end of the game.
Make sure to include the full image including the players' names.
The players must upload a screenshot showing the score, in which the names of all players are visible. Players also have to input their scores into the Score field on the platform.
Players have 10 minutes after the end of the match to upload their scores. If no team uploads results up to one hour after the match start time, or if the result of both players does not match, the event administrator will take appropriate action.
It is mandatory to upload evidence of victory. If an administrator needs them, you will have to send them to support, and not sending them will result in automatic defeat. You should never accept a challenge if you are unsure about compliance with the rules. If you accept the challenge, you assume your final result.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: 10 minutes have passed and my opponent has not appeared. What should I do?
A: Take a screenshot, upload it in the event chat on Discord and talk to @D11Staff. An event administrator will be responsible for checking it and posting the result.
Q: There was a problem and I think my opponent is cheating. What can I do?
A: First, review the rules to see if the problem is covered in them. If it’s not, you should talk to the Staff in Discord event channel, explain the problem, and present as much evidence as possible. Remember that false evidence will result in a penalty and that if you accept or continue a match despite an opponent's mistake/cheat, you will be accepting the result of that and will not be able to claim.
Q: Don't agree with the result. What can I do?
A: Admins' decisions are final. If there is a dispute and the admin staff has announced a decision, the rules will be followed and actions taken. Please know that we will always have the community's best interest in mind. In order for events to run smoothly, there are hard decisions that need to be made, and oftentimes rules will need to be strictly followed. Kindly respect the admin decisions and refrain from challenging the final decision during the event, so that the rest of the community are not impacted.
Q: My opponent's game account does not match the one on the page. What should I do to report this?
A: Send a message to @D11Staff in the event chat in Discord with images showing that your rival is trying to play with another game account.
Q: I can’t submit my result. What can I do?
A: Send a message to @D11Staff in the event chat in Discord with a screenshot that shows the victory and has proof in case of conflict.
