D11 Gaming Join Instructions - PUBG Mobile 2v2
Creating a match
The team on the left side of the bracket (Team 01) in the match details screen on the platform must create the game lobby and add their opponents to the lobby.
Please make sure to have enough room on your friend's list before the matches start. This is so that you can add your opponents in-game.
Make sure that the names match those indicated in the platform and that the game mode is correct.
To create the room, choose Classic Third Person (TPP) Squad. The available maps will be Erangel, Miramar, Sanhok, and Vikendi.
Here’s an example in 2v2 (Squad) mode
Next, add your opponent to the game. You can add your opponent by clicking Add friend and typing the nickname that appears on the D11 Gaming match details page.
To accept a Friend request, you must access the friend’s icon in the lower-left corner of the screen, on the home screen, select Request, and then Accept.
Press the + button to invite your opponent to the match.
Click "Start" to start the game.
The two/four players (opponents) will enter the game in pairs or squad, but within that game, they will be divided into two teams, who will play independently of each other.
The winner of the match will be the team that gets the most kills (knocked down players do not count, only the kills are added to the score). In the event of a tie in kills, the player who does the most damage will win. In case of a tie in kills and damage, the player/team who survived the longest will be the winner of the match.
At the end of the match, both team captains need to take a screenshot of the results screen of the match. Please make sure it contains the scores and the names of all the players in the match. You can get this screen at the end of the game. Also, enter the number of kills you and your opponent scored. Both teams need to submit results, whether you win or lose.
At the end of the match, click on “Detailed Statistics”:
Team captains have 10 minutes after the end of the match to upload their scores. If no team uploads results up to 40 minutes after the match start time, or if the result of both teams does not match, the event administrator will take appropriate action.
It is mandatory to upload evidence of victory. If an administrator needs them, you will have to send them to support, and not sending them will result in automatic defeat. You should never accept to play a challenge if you are unsure about compliance with the rules. If you accept the challenge, you assume your final result.
Q: 10 minutes have passed and my opponent has not appeared. What should I do?
A: Take a screenshot, upload it at the PUBG event chat on Discord and talk to @Support. An event administrator will be responsible for checking it and posting the result.
Q: What happens when my match resulted in a CHICKEN DINNER! and we tied in kills?
A: In the event of a tie in kills where there is a CHICKEN DINNER !, the player who has done the most damage will be the winner of the match. If this is also tied, the one who stayed the longest will be the winner.
Q: There was a problem and I think my opponent is cheating. What can I do?
A: First, review the rules to see if the problem is covered in them. If it’s not, talk to support in Discord #Support channel, explain the problem, and present as much evidence as possible. Remember that false evidence will result in a penalty and that if you accept or continue a match despite an opponent's mistake/cheat. All results and decisions by the admin are final.
Q: Don't agree with a result. What can I do?
A: Admins decisions are final. If there is a dispute and the admin staff has announced a decision, the rules will be followed and actions taken. Please know that we will always have the community's best interest in mind. In order for events to run smoothly, there are hard decisions that need to be made, and often times rules will need to be strictly followed. Kindly respect the admin decisions and refrain from challenging the final decision during the event, so that the rest of the community are not impacted.
Q: My opponent's game account does not match the one on the page. What should I do to report this?
A: Send a message to @support in the PUBG chat in Discord with images showing that your opponent is trying to play with another game account.
Q: I can’t submit my result. What can I do?
A: Send a message to @support in the PUBG chat in Discord with a screenshot that shows the result as proof in case of a conflict.
