The default settings of the mode will be enforced automatically by the game, including the difficulty level and allowable assists.

IMPORTANT NOTES

D11 Gaming Discord server will be the main communication channel and any conflict related to the event will be handled there. Players must join to be aware of any official decisions or report a conflict.

Players must invite their opponent via PlayStation Network or Xbox Live, EA Origin (Check the event designated platform) to set up their matches.


  • If the players are unable to connect to each other to play, they must contact event admins through Discord and report on what happened.

  • Players must begin playing for each match within 10 minutes or they may receive a match loss.

  • The team who is on the left side of the match details page is responsible for starting a match.

  • The match score must be reported by both captains.

  • Team captains must report their score on the match details page within 10 minutes of the match finishing. Players will report scores by uploading the screenshot of the result on the match details page

  • If no team/player upload results up to one hour after the match start time or there is no clear way to decide the winner (screenshot and score don’t match from both sides), both teams/players will be disqualified from the event. Event administrators have the authority to take the appropriate action.

  • Admins' decisions are final. If there is a dispute and the admin staff has announced a decision, the rules will be followed and actions are taken. Please know that we will always have the community's best interest in mind. In order for events to run smoothly, there are hard decisions that need to be made, and oftentimes rules will need to be strictly followed. Kindly respect the admin decisions and refrain from challenging the final decision during the event, so that the rest of the community are not impacted.

  • Disrespectful comments or actions against admins will result in a time-out on the Discord server or a permanent ban. Actions can be taken without prior warning and the Staff's decision is final. Please know that we are looking to create a friendly atmosphere for everyone in the community, including the admins. As much as we want to cater to everybody, oftentimes there are hard decisions that need to be made. This is all done with the best interest of the community in mind.

  • Admin staff will not answer messages on DM. If you need help, please go through the proper Discord server channels for all the admins to see. Starting conversations with admins via DM will be ignored. This is so that the entire team can help you faster, as individual admins could operate on their own schedule.

  • In game names need to be the same as the registered names.
    Discord names need to be kept appropriate and respectful.

  • Every member of a team should be ready for the match before walkover time. Walkover time will not be extended if a member of a team isn’t going to be able to make it.

  • If a teammate is running late you can inform an admin in advance and a possible walkover time extension may be granted(Note: the extension time is limited )

  • Teams that consist of 4+ players will be able to have a maximum of 2 players substitution per tournament, teams that consist of 2 and 3 player -every team will be able to have a maximum of 1 player substitution per tournament and teams won't be able to substitute back the original player if a substitution request was accepted.

GAME CONFIGURATION

The following settings will be enforced for all users and unable to be modified:

Offside: On

Tie breaker: In case of a draw players will have to play another match with the golden goal rule, the first player to scores a goal will be the winner.

Players should each have a light-colored jersey and a dark-colored jersey and should choose the opposite of one another to avoid confusion. If Players can’t agree, the home player should choose a dark-colored jersey and the away player a light-colored jersey.

Eligibility

To meet the eligibility requirements a player must:

  • Own or have access to FIFA 21 on PlayStation 4 (Check the event designated platform);

  • Have a valid PSN ID (Check the event designated platform);

  • Have an active account on D11 Gaming Platform and link an active FIFA account in good standing to your profile on the platform website;

  • Any participating player found not to meet these eligibility requirements will be disqualified from the Competition.

Result Disputes

All players are required to take at least one photo of the score each. This photo should contain the score and the names.

It is each player’s responsibility to verify that the game settings are correct and you have followed all the rules mentioned within this document.

If you believe that your opponent is breaking any rule set out above or is in breach of the rules, you must immediately report this to an event administrator.

If a match is played beyond the first half with incorrect settings before an event administrator is contacted, then the match score will stand.

If a player is found breaking any of the rules set out or has been found to have breached the rules referred to above, and event administrators deem that this warrants a match loss or that a player is disqualified, the opponent will be given a 3-0 win for that match unless they already had more than a three-goal difference at the time of reporting the issue.

A player disqualified during a match will receive a score of 0, while their opponent will receive their current score or a score of 3, whichever is higher.

Connection Issues

If you experience a disconnect, take a screenshot and notify an event administrator on Discord and restart the match with the correct score starting at the time of disconnect.

If a set of players have repeated connection issues in the same match that is delaying the start of the next round, a double loss may be applied at the discretion of the event administrator.

In the event of lag that hinders the development of the game, the player who feels harmed should pause, chat with the opponent and notify an event administrator on Discord, before the 10 minutes of the match start time. If you exceed this playing time, match results will be valid to the progress of the Event.

Unfair play

The following actions will be considered unfair play:

  • The use of any cheat program and/or map hack program.

  • Intentionally allowing an opponent to win a game.

  • Unsportsmanlike or disruptive behaviour such as inappropriate and/or unprofessional actions directed towards another player or tournament official.

  • The use of a game bug that is determined by the board of referees as being unfair.

  • Upon discovery of any player committing any violations regarded as unfair play, the offending player, at the sole discretion of the tournament director or a group of referees, may receive a warning, a forfeit loss, disqualified from the tournament.

  • During the course of the event, the tournament director or group of referees may determine other actions to embody unfair play.

No 3rd party program or any trace of scripts are allowed. This includes personal map textures and player exploits. It will be considered a violation of the rules. 3rd Party communication software will be allowed as the only exception.

Any programs that directly interact with any game qualities, both audio and visually are forbidden. This also includes any modification to graphics drivers.

Players are responsible for their actions in regards to known map or game bugs/exploits. Any Player or Team utilizing ANY exploit or bug in a map or game, unintentional or otherwise are breaking the rules.

It is extremely prohibited to play on a third-party account.

Hate Speech

A member of a team/player shall not use obscene, foul language, vulgar language, insults, threats, abuse, slander, libel or behave in any way offensive or reprehensible, nor promote or incite hatred or discriminatory conduct at any time.

Harassment

Harassment is prohibited. Harassment is defined as systematic, hostile, and repeated acts that occur during a considered period, which are intended to isolate a person and/or affect the dignity of the person.

Rule Changes

The Administrators reserve the right to modify the rules as needed. This includes changes due to software updates or releases, event organizer decisions, and all other changes deemed necessary to run a successful event.

Players are responsible to check the rules regularly and before the event to ensure they are in complete compliance. Players must understand that the rules listed are guidelines to ensure fair and competitive play and are subject to interpretation by the administrators based on the spirit of the game.

Terms of Agreement

By signing up for the event, the player is fully in accordance with the rules and must comply with them as determined by the organization of the event, with no right to future claims.
